Anything rare always interests us. It is not unusual. Imagine seeing an alien walking down the street with you, wouldn’t you immediately take a picture of it and share it online? You tell people about it, knowing it will interest them too. That’s just how it is. because life is boring, we always crave for something new and interesting.
And because we know that too well, we searched for things that we thought never exist but actually do. Let’s take a stop at the animal kingdom first. Here are seven of the rarest animal you might encounter in the wild.
Leopon (Leopard + Lion)
Savannah Cat (African Serval + Domestic Cat)
The Savannah Cat is a cross between an African serval cat and a domestic one. This crossing started in late 1990s, and in 2001, they are officially accepted as a registered breed by the International Cat Association. The first Savannah cat, though, is said to have been born on April 7, 1986, when Bengal breeder Judee Frank crossbred Suzi Woods‘s male serval with a Siamese. They are tall and slim, and their size greatly depends on their generation and sex.
Sheep-Goat

A cross of two animals belonging to different genus is quite rare, but that’s just what happened with the sheep-goats. Matings are known to have occurred, but most of the sheep-goats are stillborn. A famous case in Botswana was reported in 2001, where a sheep-goat was born infertile but had an active libido. It was even named Bemya, meaning “rapist” because it was so active.
Cama (Camel + Llama)
A hybrid between a male dromedary camel and a female llama, the cama was produced through artificial insemination because the camel can weigh up to six times as much as the llama. The camas were found in the Camel Reproduction Center in Dubai. Camas are herbivores like the camels. They feed on shrubs and other plants. The first cama was considered a behavioral disappointment after it displayed extremely poor temperament. The second cama was born in 2002 and was named Kamilah.
Grolar Bear (Grizzly Bear + Polar Bear)

Zebroid (Zebra + Any other Equine)
Liger (Lion + Tigress)
[dfp3]
If we have a leopard and a lioness, we have a lion and a tigress in this last spot. The ligers are mostly crossed in captivity. They are much larger than either the tigress or the lion. They can stand at about twelve feet on their hindlegs. They are the largest of all known extant felines.
There are many more animals that are results of two animals crossed with each other. These are just seven of them. T learn more, check out this video.
