The little boy, who hails from Canberra, New South Wales, is now being followed by more than 8,000 people in his Instagram account, @musclylittlemonster.

The young mom speaks of her son, “I’m reasonably fit, as is his dad, but Dash’s love of exercise really came from his love of the outdoors. He’s outside every day, come rain or shine. I used to run with him in the pram when he was a baby, and as soon as he hit two, I took him out on what I thought would be a gentle jog.”

But Ursula shared that her son wasn’t always this healthy. Dash was an IVF baby, and doctors expected for him to be delivered two weeks early, with a build that was smaller than average.
But contrary to what they thought would happen, Dash came out two weeks late and weighed 10 lbs at birth. Ursula said her son took his first step when he was only ten and a half months old. Now he even constantly does constant laps around the kitchen and climb up coffee tables and kitchen sides.
