Sunrises are worth waking up for every morning. Although sunsets get all the praise and glory, sunrises are quite beautiful in their own way. Sunrises provide one of nature’s most amazing sights—if you, you know, actually wake up for them.

Here are twenty-one of the most beautiful sunrises around the world. To see these sights, one must be in specific spots. There are others too that can be appreciated wherever you view them. These photos are proof that sunrises are just as magical as the sunsets you often praise.

For more adventurous souls, you can climb the mountain and witness the sunrise at the summit of Mt. Fuji. The climb would take about four to seven hours, depending on which trail you choose. For inexperienced climbers, it is better if you go during the official climbing season (early June to mid-September) because there will be no or just a little snow, and the weather would be mild.
