Nostalgia Alert! The ’90s Are Back

The 90’s may have passed, but this decade sure has left a lot of good stuff worth remembering – from fashion trends to TV shows. Definitely, those years were among the best ones that have passed. Unfettered by technology and filled with so many good things, you were once free to acquire simple yet useful things without getting into so much trouble.

To remind you that you once lived in that decade, here are some things and places that will remind you of the 90s.

The tamagotchi is a handheld digital pet that reminded us that not everyone is suited to be a parent.

During this time, the disc man was extremely popular. However, owners should make sure not to stumble or bump into anything, unless they want their CDs to be broken.

A slap wrap may be painful to put on, but these bracelets were the trend to most fourth graders.

The mechanics of the game might be hard to understand, but teenagers do want to trade these pogs.

Reading Rooms

Before, children were given the chance to read their favorite books without forcing their parents to buy one for them.

For once, beepers were used to put emphasis on one’s social status.

Nintendo’s Gameboy was then considered the most luxurious game of the decade. Even with a 3-inch green screen and a few buttons, you could keep yourself busy the whole day.

Wearing these light-up sneakers from Payless was a norm back then. Everything was just so simple.

Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup of The Powerpuff Girls defined girl power by saving the world and thought of the task as a piece of cake.
