Like her mother, Zara used to experience being bullied, but when a surgeon learned about her condition and gave her a free treatment, her life changed. She flew out in 2012 to undergo face-lift surgery.

The same doctor was the one who offered Tracey the free medical procedure in 2014. She underwent different treatments such as neck-lift in August and the Botox and face-lift in November.

Zara was with her mother as she underwent different surgeries and took care of her until she was healthy again.

Tracey was nervous but at the same time thankful that her daughter stood by her the whole time, making sure she was in safe hands.

“It was never about looking younger, it was just about having a normal face that I could be happy with and stand to look at in the mirror,” Zara said, smiling.
