As humans, we truly have quite a crisis inside of us. There’s a side of us that wants everything to be small and handy, like cars, computers, cell phones, and a whole lot more. On the other hand, we all know that deep within our hearts, we want to see something that’s tremendously gigantic.
If you like to see big things, you’re in luck. We have a list of the biggest vehicles that has ever been manufactured here. You definitely wo’t regret scrolling down through this article because the makers of these vehicles don’t disappoint. Keep in mind though, you’ll need a bigger garage for these bad boys.
Antonov an-225
This colossal strategic cargo plane was designed by the Soviets in the 1980s and it is powered by six huge turbofan engines. The Antonov an-225 is also the heaviest and longest airplane ever built with its wingspan of 290 feet and its 32 wheels in its landing gear. It also comes with a maximum takeoff weight of 640 tons. This 747 looks like it took too many steroids.
BELAZ 75710
The BELAZ 75710 can carry over 500 tons and has two 4600 horsepower engines. Now, it only runs at 40 mph which is kind of slow, but it’s over 60 feet long and about 30 feet wide, so we suggest that you simply get out its way. This truck is the biggest one in the world, making it the monster of all trucks.
MIL V-12
This prototype helicopter holds the record for carrying payloads of over 30,000 pound higher than any other helicopter. While the MIL V-12 could definitely take the islands with it, it probably isn’t ideal for a tour over the Hawaiian Islands. It seems that the Russians love building huge vehicles aside from long bread lines.
Prelude FLNG
If you want this bad boy in your next bath, you’re going to need a very big tub. This cargo ship is over 400 feet longer than the retired aircraft carrier, the USS Enterprise, and weighs in at over 600,000 tons when operational and measures 1,600 feet long.
Bagger 293
The Bagger 293 is a terrifying mining excavator that can carve out a hole the size of a football field measuring about 270 feet deep in just a single day and takes 16.5 megawatts of power to operate. Fortunately, despite its terrifying Decepticon image, it’s not Devastator.
