Bahiem King, the owner and founder of King Fitness, helps them keep their identical measurements. He has created a specific training routine for the two. They do boxing, CrossFit, plyometrics, MMA, weight training, and of course a lot squats. They call their bottom “part Beyonce, part Serena Williams.”
They perform hundreds of squats during their daily workout, but also, throughout the day, the curvy twins do 100 squats an hour over a period of eight or nine hours. That brings their total number of squats to 2,000 a day.

They consume the same amount of calories from their smoothies, salads, fat burners, and protein shakes. They both measure 36-22-46. They say that they generally eat healthy food, and they are strict about following the exact same diet.
“We will work out the exact same and make sure that if one of us has done more, the other will have to catch up.”

Michelle says, “It’s like a mirror. If I ever want to know if I’m looking good or not, I will just look at my sister. We have the same hobbies, and if one of us gets something for their house, the other has to as well. We actually lived together until last year, but now we’re just neighbors. We still spend nights at each other’s house every other day, but if one gets on the other’s nerves, we can just tell them to go home.”
Their dedication to maintaining their twin bodies is definitely paying off nicely.

Both women are single. They say that they get a lot of attention from men, but no one has caught their eye yet. There is a limit to their closeness. They say they will not share a boyfriend.

Their main concern now is their growing careers. They protective mother have reservations about urban modelling, but they will continue on in their quest for fame. They are looking for acting jobs. They want to build a brand to have a nice future, be able to travel more, and of course, get rich. They have been having a lot of fun, and they are not ready for their journey to end.
