Trekking up the sides of Northern Italy’s mountainside, you might be alarmed when you stumble upon a rather bizarre and unexpected sight: a humongous pink rabbit laying down on top of a hill. By the look of its face and guts spilled out at its side, it seems as if the bunny fell right out of the sky and landed on his back. Yikes!

“Hase” or “hare” is a 55-meter long, 5-meter thick knitted bunny put together by Vienna art collective ‘Gelitin’ on top of a mountain called Colletto Fava. The huge bunny was created with one purpose and that is to make the audience feel just as small as Gulliver did during his travels.
