1. Kristin Rhodes, USA

Kristin Rhodes has the genes of an athlete. She is the granddaughter of shot putter Bill Nieder and the niece of middle distance runner Tim Danielson. She was under the training of her husband as a strongwoman and her first competition was in Santa Cruz, California, in 2006.

She was America’s Strongest Woman in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012, and she also competed for the World Strongwoman Championships abroad.

2. Nina Geria,  Ukraine

 

Holding the title as the World’s Strongest Lady in 2011, Nina Geria from Ukraine began her shot put training in 2003, and in 2009, she started her training for the strongwoman competition with her coach. Her achievements also include five world records awarded by Guinness.

3. Aneta Florczyk, Poland

Powerlifter Aneta Florczyk from Poland is the World’s Strongest Woman in 2003, 2005, 2006, and 2008 and holds the most number of wins for a woman in the said competition according to Guinness Book of World Records. She started training in 2002 and joined many strongwoman contests before she became Europe’s Strongest Woman in 2004.

4. Jill Mills, USA

A bodybuilder from 1993 to 1995 and a powerlifter in 1996, Jill Mills has been in the industry for twenty competitive years. She was the World’s Strongest Woman in 2001 and 2002.
